Service Agreement

It is impossible to completely eliminate risk. The HOMEBOOK inspection is very thorough, but keep in mind that home inspections are visual in nature. The inspector will need access to areas of the home and its components and systems. Things such as weather, clutter in the home and discontinued utility services can cause limitations.
